Ans. An output which is produced on a sheet of paper or some material that can be touched and carried and shown to others is called hard copy output device. For example :- printer and plotter.

1. What is a soft copy output device?

Ans.  An output device which gives an output in a temporary readable form is called soft copy output device. For example :- monitor and speakers.
